Projects and installations

"We don't just install devices.. We build systems that last for years"
At Almasa, we believe that the quality of installation is more critical than the device itself. A high-end camera with poor installation equals zero value. A powerful network with random organization equals chaos. Here is our working methodology (Almasa Standard):

1️⃣ CCTV Security Systems
The eye that never sleeps.. How do we plan it?

🛠️ Professional Technician's Guide (Installation Methodology):

Site Survey: Don't start drilling yet! First, identify "Blind Spots." Draw a technical plan that covers 100% of entrances and exits.

Lens Selection:

Use a 2.8mm lens for wide areas (general surveillance).

Use a 6mm or 8mm lens for long corridors or focusing on point-of-sale (Zoomed view).

Cable Dressing: Cables must be laid inside Conduits to protect them from sun and moisture. The "Rack appearance" reflects your professionalism; always use a Cable Organizer.

Securing the Recorder: The NVR/DVR is the "Black Box." It must be placed in a secure, well-ventilated location, protected by a locked Metal Rack.

🤝 Client's Guide (Understanding the Quote):

Value for Money: When you find a cheaper offer, ask about the cable type (Pure Copper vs. Mixed?) and the hard drive (Is it a dedicated WD Purple for surveillance or a standard PC drive that will fail within a month?).

Strengths: A well-planned system provides "Deterrence" even before monitoring.

Weakness: Skimping on the Power Supply is the #1 cause of camera burnout and system failure.

2️⃣ Networking & Infrastructure
The company's backbone.. Zero room for error.

🛠️ Professional Technician's Guide (Foundational Rules):

Isolation: It is strictly forbidden to run Data cables next to Power cables in the same conduit to avoid Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). Maintain a minimum safe distance of 30cm.

Labeling: A cable without a "Number" is a dead cable. Every end must be labeled at the Rack and the Faceplate for easy future maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Don't just rely on the switch light. Use specialized testers (Fluke Test) to verify data transfer speeds and Termination efficiency.

🤝 Client's Guide (Speed & Stability):

The Importance: A poor network means "System Down" for employees, laggy camera feeds, and printer disconnections.

Negotiation: Don't look for the cheapest price per meter; look for "Certified" cabling. Certified Cat6 cables guarantee 1000Mbps, while counterfeits may not exceed 100Mbps.

Pro Tip: Request a Cable Map upon delivery; it is your right for future maintenance.

3️⃣ Access Control Systems
Smart discipline.. and privilege control.

🛠️ Professional Technician's Guide (Operational Accuracy):

Ideal Height: The device should be installed at a height of 140-150cm to suit the average user's height.

Securing Doors: When installing Maglocks, ensure there is an emergency Break Glass button and a UPS (backup power) so employees are not trapped during power outages.

Training: Your mission doesn't end with installation. You must train the HR staff on generating reports and connecting the device to the network.

🤝 Client's Guide (Security, Not Just a Fingerprint):

Strengths: Modern systems prevent "Buddy Punching," especially those using Face Recognition.

Risk: Installing an "Indoor" device in a place exposed to direct sunlight reduces the lens's lifespan by half. Consult us for the optimal placement.

4️⃣ Project Management & Handover
How do we guarantee your rights and ours?

🛠️ Technician's Protocol (Handover):

Trial Period: Run the system for 48 hours under stress to ensure no manufacturing defects exist.

Documentation: Deliver a full folder to the client containing: (Admin Passwords - Distribution Map - Device Manuals - Warranty Certificates).

Cleanliness: "Leave it cleaner than you found it." Wire scraps and drilling debris must be removed immediately.

🤝 Client's Guide (Professional Acceptance):

How to Accept? Don't just look at the screens. Ask for a "Playback" test, and request a power cut test to verify that the UPS is functioning.

Warranty Importance: At Almasa, our warranty includes "Maintenance Visits," not just parts replacement. This ensures your business continuity.
